A four-year-old California boy Jeremy Triantafilo was playing in front of his garage when a neighbor’s dog attacked him, biting him and pulling him off his bike.
The first to come to his rescue was the intrepid family cat, Tara, who jumped on the dog, followed closely by the child's mother.
Jeremy was taken to the hospital where he received ten stitches. He greeted his cat with cuddles and treats after the incident to thank him for her bravery.
